My name is Lincoln Damen, I am a Creative Lead with a emphasis on digital. My ethos is creativity and strategy - it is the ideal balance of these in my work that I feel is my strong point.
I love generating creative concepts, a great team and pushing projects to their limits. I have also become very business aware and strategic in my thinking as delivering a project that is both creative and effective for the clients business goals.
I am seeking a fresh, notable and innovative creative company who requires and values philosophies and skills such as mine, a company in which I can dedicate myself to and build a solid career with, a company that is not afraid to break away from the norm, incorporating new technology and daring design and disruptive creative into various projects, but also smart enough to work with solid processes and team structures.

Currently based in TBWA/TEQUILA as Creative lead - leading a small and skilled team and directly managing ten creatives and development people. Also working closely with the accounts team to manage clients and projects and ensure quality creative and maximize team output. Working at TEQUILA has been invaluable in advancing my digital thinking to a strategic and client goals focused level of thinking. I am very involved in strategizing, developing and pitching projects in both new business and TBWA integrated projects and am involved regularly in TBWA top line brainstorming and creative efforts. Ogilvy & Mather Creative Direction, Art Direction and Interactive direction on various projects. While I started as the Senior Art Director my fast & creative concepts and ideas soon had me in almost every creative meeting building the foundation ideas and creative concepts. As projects began production I would then become the Interactive Lead to ensure that interactive projects were produced to a high standard bearing in mind important usability aspects such as file size, useability, functionality, and emotional response.
